Delivery in Switzerland
- Enjoy Free Standard Delivery on orders over CHF 500.00
- Delivery within three business days, for orders placed Monday to Friday
- Receive your purchases between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Orders placed after 5.30pm EST on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday; When posting on a Saturday: delivery on the following Wednesday
- Standard Delivery orders are typically fulfilled by Die Post. However, for certain regions, or due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative carrier may also be utilized to meet the expedited delivery timeline.
- Your items are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery in countries of the European Union
- Enjoy Free Standard Delivery on orders over E515,00
- Delivery within five business days, for orders placed Monday to Friday and depending on your country

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.
